I've been going to Naoki for almost two years and I'm always happy to be back, as I've been a fan of the Japanese approach to hairstyling.
Each time I'd leave my hair in the hands of Go-san, who would listen to the issues I have and offer suggestions to put my hair in a better state than it was (who doesn't want that right?). Go-san is friendly, and his experience and understanding in handling short Asian hair, or hair of unpredictable texture and length like mine, made each visit enjoyable. The results of the premium straightening treatment is just amazing!
Don't worry about language as all the hairstylists at the salon understands and can speak in English. I especially love the location of the salon, very conveniently accessible before or after your shopping/dining at Orchard Road 😂

This is long overdue, it is my first time visiting Naoki and I wanted to thank stylist Aya-san for the haircut, colour and her attentiveness to my scalp sensitivity.
She paid a lot of care while colouring my hair to make sure the chemicals do not come in contact with my scalp. Usually after colouring, my scalp would feel irritated a lot but not this time and I’m very happy for that!

It was my first visit to Naoki and I requested for Aya san after reading her profile on Naoki's website (Glad that they have profile section for their hairstylists). Aya san was very professional, pleasant and friendly. She spent time to look at my hair and find out how I wanted the highlight and colour to be. She shared her recommendations with me when I asked. I really like the colour she have done. I have coloured my hair many times in the past by other hairstylists in other salons but this time was the most satisfied one.
When I made appointment on the website, it stated total required time 3hrs and my hair was done in 3 hrs which was very nice.
The salon was cozy, tidy and clean with nice music in the background and I almost fell asleep. The seats for both doing and washing hair were very comfortable too. I will definitely visit again

My hair is softer and shinier after the last session. I tried Acid keratin treatment this time, they told that at least 3 sessions are require for better results. Gonna book my next appt soon, can’t wait to see the amazing results after my 3rd session.
