And I gave her short hair “digital perm” and “color”.
A digital perm is a perm that curls hair by applying heat to the hair that has been treated with a chemical and wrapped with a rod.
Curl is easy to come out well when it dries
This style has many layers, so when you perm it, it moves a lot and is cute
