When you’ve chose the service that you’ll like to have (eg treatment), she will look at your hair condition and give you the best recommendation for what type of treatment you should have to have the best results. And her haircut is great too

My first time try Naoki, I’m impressed by stylist Shinya patient & details doing my damaged bleach hair with natural curl, is not easy to handle my hair type. After my ownself first wash & blow dry, surprisingly my hair end doesn’t feel dry after done up straightening. He also guide me how to blow & maintain my hair. Good job Shinya.
