Absolutely wonderful experience at Naoki with stylist director Aya! She was warm, gentle, attentive, and so much fun! She was so gentle with my hair and so kind that I genuinely didn't want the appointment to end (I usually cannot wait to get out of hair appointments). She heard all my concerns, gave great advice, and delivered a beautiful, classy cut. She even thinned my hair to help with the headaches I get from it being so heavy. That attention to detail has made me a loyal customer.
